“What Lough Neagh Means to Me” Competition Winners
19th Feb 2025
Our Primary 7 class were selected as the winners of the recent art competition centred on Lough Neagh held by Queen's University Belfast School of Biological Science.
This project allowed our pupils to express what this historical, iconic and beautiful local landmark, means to them.
Our winning masterpiece will be on display tomorrow evening at the School of Biological Sciences during the NI Science Festival Event ‘Lough Neagh Reflections’ attended by policy makers, scientists and over 100 farmers.
Thank you to Margaret O’Neill, our resident artist, for her contribution to this project and her creative direction. Our Primary 7 class continue to thrive and succeed!
