Safer Internet Workshop
Duneane and Moneynick: Partners in Learning hosted an Internet Workshop for our P4-7 pupils. With guidance from the PSNI School Links Officers our pupils discussed staying safe online, protecting personal details and reporting unsafe behaviour to a trusted adult. Technology is ever changing; we need to teach our children how to stay safe whilst they develop their skills and knowledge. As trusted adults, we must be aware of our parental responsibility, an important issue highlighted at the parent workshop. Visit www.moneynickps and view The Online Safety section to find Parent and Carers Conversation Starters and an Internet Safety Plan.
UN Convention on the Rights of the Child
Article 17
