Roots of Empathy Celebration
Today our Primary 4/5 class concluded our Roots of Empathy journey with Baby Hugh. We have learnt lots from our ‘tiny teacher’, valuing his visits and the privilege of watching his growth and development. We have learnt about the importance of sharing, caring and inclusion, developing our pupil’s emotional intelligence and creating memories that we will reflect upon and cherish.
We are very thankful to Mrs O’Boyle and her family for giving up their time to take part in this programme. We know that Baby Hugh will continue to grow and we hope that he comes back to visit. Our primary 4/5 class definitley wants updated when he scores his first goal.
The Green Blanket is folded up for another year, awaiting our new ‘tiny teacher’ in September!🌱💚
