Shadows are formed when light hits an object it cannot travel through. When you see your own shadow on a sunny day, your body has blocked light from the sun. Light travels in straight lights and so cannot bend around your body, which is why you see a shadow. Today was a beautiful day to take the opportunity to draw around our shadows and looked at how they changed throughout the day. #shadowplay
