The Fresh Little Minds programme helps children to listen to their feelings, building resilience and emotional well-being, increasing their confidence and self-esteem. Through the ‘Amber Approach’ the children learn to Anchor, Move, Breathe, Express and Relax. The pupils and staff wish to express their thanks to Solas for their support with funding Fresh Little Minds. Solas are holding a Christmas Carol Service in Sacred Heart Church Cargin, on Sunday 22 December. Everyone welcome!
