Anti-Bullying Week 2017
15th Nov 2017
We took part in Anti-Bullying week. The theme this year is All Equal, All Different, All Together! Our pupils kicked off the week by wearing odd socks to school on Monday. This was an idea suggested by the Anti-Bullying Alliance. It was great fun and symbolised that it's actually fun to be different and unique!
Through the End Bullying Now campaign each class made a super-sized jigsaw where every child had to decorate a piece of the jig-saw with their name, picture and something about them that was unique. This activity really made the children think about what made them different.
In Moneynick we say NO to bullying and we encourage pupils to stand up for diversity, be unique and be proud of their individuality.
